Does the dealer have to carry any inventory?

 

No the Dealer is not required to carry any inventory; all products are shipped direct from LOUDPIPE to the customer.

 

How do we start the approval process?

 

To start the approval process the credit application must be completed and signed and the order sheet must be completed and FAXed to 604-244-8402

Who approves the client?

 

Loudpipe reserves the right to proceed with any ordering requests.

 

How long does a client have to wait until the product is delivered?

 

Our current turn around time is 14 business days

 

When does the dealer dispatch an installer?

 

Your customer  may call you for assistance to have the system installed.

 

Can you sell peripherals outside the Loud Pipe Program?

 

Of Course, the LOUDPIPE program is a WIN – WIN option to drive business and customers to your location.

 

When does the DEALER get credit for the sale?

 

Commissions are paid as soon as the system is activated.

 

What products have monetary compensation?

 

The order sheet is coded with the commissions paid on each product. The last three digest of each product code represents the dealer’s payout.

 

How much does the dealer get paid?

 

Refer to the order form the Codes last three digits represents your commission amount.

 

When does the dealer get paid out for the Sales Credits?

 

Commissions are paid to the DEALER on MONTHLY bases.

 

Who supports the warranty?

 

The warranty goes through the Discovery’s Safe Guard Plan.

 

Who is responsible for the technical support?

 

Technical Support for the ADSL will go through LOUDPIPE, Discovery Computer’s Head Office, and their participating stores.
